Marten Law Expands Boston Office

Marten Law is pleased to announce that Isabel Carey has joined its Boston, MA office as an Associate Attorney.

Isabel clerked for the British Columbia Court of Appeal after graduating from New York University School of Law (magna cum laude, Order of the Coif). She earned her A.B. (cum laude) from Harvard College. Isabel counsels clients on permitting and natural resource issues, including hydropower projects. She has a range of experience with various federal and state statutes, including the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Clean Air Act (CAA), the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), and the Federal Power Act (FPA).
