Marten Law is pleased to announce the opening of an office in New York City and the appointment of Dan Mulvihill to head the new office. Dan will split his time between New York and our west coast offices. He comes to Marten Law with over 20 years of experience as an environmental litigator and has successfully tried cases under federal and state solid waste, hazardous waste, and Clean Water Act laws.  

The establishment of Marten Law’s New York office extends its capability to serve clients on the east coast with experienced counsel who have successfully represented both private and public parties in litigation and environmental compliance. From offices on both coasts, Marten Law assists clients across the aircraft, railroad, petroleum, mining, energy, manufacturing, real estate, consumer products, and food processing industries, along with local governments on water quality and cleanup issues.  We have particular expertise navigating chemical regulations in the US and Canada, including newly enacted PFAS regulations.
