Marten Partner Jess Ferrell (Seattle, WA) was quoted in "Biden PFAS Plan Contains New Pathways for Litigators," a featured story published today in E&E News Greenwire regarding the Biden Administration's plan to combat PFAS pollution, announced yesterday.

Jess commented that this "would address some arguments that have been made by manufacturers that things aren’t as toxic — or not to the level that plaintiffs or public health entities have alleged.”
